Sooner or later everyone reaches a stage where frustration boils over. We feel out of control. Adrenaline levels shoot up. In a fit of temper you scream at someone. You may throw an object across a room or slam your fist through a door or a wall. We become irrational and act out emotion. We only realize afterwards what we have done and by then the damage is not that easy to repair. Those out of control moments need anger management.
Our temper hurts the feelings of other people. We may even have done damage to property, others or ourselves. Some of us may never need anger management advice.
